Your 35-Day Limited Warranty
Stick Revival warrants the structural integrity of the repaired joint for 35 days from the original purchase date.
If the repaired joint fails during normal hockey use within the warranty period, Stick Revival will inspect the stick and, if the claim is approved, repair the affected joint or replace the stick with a reasonably comparable refurbished stick at our discretion.
This limited warranty applies only to the repaired stick itself. It does not cover personal injury, property damage, lost income, league or tournament fees, equipment used with the stick, or any other incidental or consequential loss.
Warranty coverage is not transferable and is available only to the original purchaser or registered user.
*Please note Training Twigs follow the same warranty with an extended timeframe of 45 days from original purchase date
What This Warranty Covers
The warranty covers:

Structural failure at the repaired joint

Separation or failure of the repair under normal hockey use

Defects directly related to the repair work completed by Stick Revival
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:

Damage occurring outside the repaired area

New cracks, blade damage, shaft damage, or impact damage unrelated to the original repair

Normal wear and cosmetic blemishes

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, alteration, improper storage, excessive heat, vehicles, doors, skates, or other equipment

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
-
Use outside the stick’s intended purpose

Secondary damage, property loss, or personal injury

Equipment purchased from an unauthorized seller

Claims submitted after the 35-day warranty period
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee repair or replacement. The stick must be inspected and the claim approved by Stick Revival.
Safety Acknowledgement
This product is a structurally repaired, upcycled, or refurbished carbon-fiber composite hockey stick. It has been modified from its original factory condition.
By activating this warranty and using the product, you acknowledge and understand that you have reviewed and accept all of the terms in the Liability Waiver.
You are responsible for inspecting the stick before every use. Stop using it immediately if you notice cracking, separation, unusual movement, exposed fibers, changes in sound or flex, or any other sign of damage.

After submission, you should receive a warranty-activation confirmation. Please retain the confirmation, purchase receipt, and stick identification information for your records.
